Sponsoring the Portland Classic Guitar
concert series is a great way to promote your products and services while giving back to the community at the same time. The series is only in the fourth season and it already has the support of a
loyal and diverse audience. The series is gaining more recognition all the time because of the level of the artists that are performing in the series and the positive feedback from audience
members. Since 2005, we have presented over fifty guitar concerts of highly respected local and international artists and the series has developed a loyal following of music lovers from
all backgrounds. Andy Parker of the Oregonian stated, “The Portland Classic Guitar Concert series provides remarkable opportunities to hear world class musicians up close, the way it should
be.”
Our first concert of the season featuring
Jason Vieaux of Cleveland, Ohio was listed in the “Five Live” section of the Oregonian which is a critic’s choice of the five most promising shows in the area. Since then, the word has gotten
out and our most recent show featuring Ana Vidovic was completely sold out. The remaining shows of the season feature some of the world’s top guitarist including Grammy Winners David Russell and
William Kanengiser, the award winning French guitarist Jeremy Jouve, and the amazing three brother trio from Bulgaria known as Triada.
If you decide to become a sponsor you will receive:
- Two V.I.P. seating season passes for any remaining concerts of the 2007/2008 season and for the complete 2008/2009 season.
- Your logo printed in all upcoming ads promoting the series such as ads we will be running in the Arts and Entertainment section
of the Oregonian and the Oregon Symphony program.
- A live announcement at each performance recognizing you as a sponsor.
- Recognition of your sponsorship in the printed program at each concert.
- One-full page ad in the 08/09 season concert program.
- Color logo on the 08/09 concert series brochure mailed to all patrons and customers.
- A link to your company’s website as well as sponsorship acknowledgement on the Portlandclassicguitar.com website.
- Your company’s color logo on promotional signage and posters placed in high traffic areas.
- A table at each concert in the lobby where you can distribute promotional materials and converse with audience members.
